It has been brought to my attention that I haven’t been keeping up with my Wednesday Weight loss Journey posts.
So, lately I must say I haven’t been consistent with my program BUT, I have lost weight.
Yeah crazy, huh.
But, I have started a new supplement to my program that has been talked about on the Dr Oz show.
This is my first week on the supplement so, I want to be on it for two weeks before I make a review and speak more about it.
So stay tuned for that.
I have started back to exercising regularly!
I have added weight lifting to my program as well as running via the advice of my handsome husband.
Ladies you know they always want to put there input on what we do, and how. Lol.
But, I don’t mind.
I will have more for you on Wednesday.
So far so good.
