Use Coffee to Melt Away Cellulite and Tighten Skin!

31 Jan

Who doesn’t like the smell of coffee in the morning.

Now have your coffee while in the shower. Yes, in the shower.

This is my newest favorite handmade skin care remedy for cellulite.

I am currently doing a lot of research on the benefits of natural herbs and oils on the hair and skin.

I found that coffee is great for the skin.

The good news for you to know about coffee relating to your skin care is that caffeine

is a vasodilator which works to firm and tighten your complexion.

Coffee is also naturally full of antioxidants, and I am sure that you have seen

numerous skin care products on the market that are focusing on using antioxidants

to heal and restore damage to your face and skin.

So after learning that I decided to create a scrub to help my skin its easy and very

inexpensive.

Coffee grounds for skin tightening

Kina’s Skin Tightening Coffee Scrub

You will need:

Unbrewed Coffee grounds

Your favorite essential oils (tea tree oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil)

Plastic Container w/Lid

Pour coffee grounds in the plastic container, just half full. Now add your oils to the

container, just a little at a time you don’t want too much.

Now stir the mixture up making sure to coat all the coffee grounds with the oils.

Now you place your top on and you have your own skin tightening coffee scrub.

Just simply add to your body while in the shower concentrating on those trouble

spots like your abdomen, thighs, and buttocks.

Rinse.

This I do every other day. And ladies it WORKS!

You can also use this as a facial scrub.

Divas give this a try and let me know how you like it.
